Epemeral light. For two days in September sunlight shoots through a southeast window of our house and briefly into the water bowl on our chest. I don’t usually trust the camera but in this situation it seems worthwhile. The first morning’s digital shots were blurry. The following morning I was ready and captured the image with only an instant to spare. The effect lasted maybe 20 seconds and was gone. I will never really see that effect again and I can only imagine the infinite number of subjects I miss that are around me.
